    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds.
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a refund after deducting administrative fees.
  • Organizer-Initiated Cancellation:
    • If Exhobuzz cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative event date.
  • Force Majeure:
    • Exhobuzz is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Refunds in such cases are at the organizer’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Exhobuzz Branding: The use of Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd’s name, logo, and promotional materials is not permitted without prior written consent.
  • Event Content: All media, promotional content, and materials produced for or during events remain the intellectual property of Exhobuzz.

  • Violations: Any breach of conduct, such as harassment or illegal activities, will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
