  • Participants are solely responsible for managing the transportation and delivery of their items to and from the event venue.

2. Exhibitor Responsibilities

  • Material Logistics:
    • Exhibitors must ensure all materials, products, or equipment reach the venue in a timely manner.
    • It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to handle all aspects of transportation, including packing, shipping, and delivery.
  • Third-Party Services:
    • Exhibitors are encouraged to engage reputable third-party logistics providers for shipping needs.
    • Any agreements or arrangements made with third-party logistics services are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the exhibitor.

3. On-Site Handling

  • Unloading and Setup:
    • Exhibitors must coordinate unloading and booth setup with the venue’s staff or their own logistics provider.

  • Storage:
